Sorting process of automatic sorting machine
The items are scanned by the laser scanner to scan their barcodes, or through other automatic identification methods, such as optical text reading devices, voice recognition input devices, etc., and the sorting information is input into the computer processor. By comparing the obtained item information with preset information, the computer sends different picked items to specific sorting crossing positions to complete the sorting of items. The sorting crossing can temporarily store items that have not been taken away. Structural composition of shearing machine
The shearing unit generally consists of a power machine, a transmission part, a shearing head and a sharpening device. When shearing, the power passes through the transmission part to make the movable blade on the shearing head swing back and forth in an arc, and the shearing action of the movable blade and the fixed blade (ie, the comb-shaped bottom plate) is used to cut the fabric. There is also a pressure mechanism on the shear head to adjust the pressure exerted by the movable blade on the fixed blade. When sharpening the knife, fix the blade on the sharpening stand so that the blade edge is against the grinding wheel.
Classification of shearing machines

According to the driving mode, it can be divided into three types: mechanical, electric and pneumatic. The mechanical type is suitable for pastoral areas without power supply. It is driven by a diesel engine, gasoline engine or tractor power output shaft, and drives several shearing heads to operate simultaneously through a flexible shaft or joint shaft transmission device.
